Hi Jessica! I'm slready loving your blog, and I haven't made it past the first couple of items yet. Just wanted to say hello, and I look forward to reading your blog. OH! I almost forgot! The other day I made cookie bars from cherry chip cake mix. I used one box of cake mix, one egg and 1/2 c of margerine (or butter). I pressed the very lumpy dough into a 9 X 13 pan, and WOW! They were so good. They were in the oven for 10-15 minutes. I'm thinking how wonderful it would be to try with other flavor cake mixes. I'mconsidering using a tablespoon of mayo next time I make them. In any case, they were absolutely wonderful the way I made them. Chewey and oh so yummy. They disappeared very quickly.
